Who is responsible

What this website collects

This site is a set of plain pages. It has no accounts, no logins and no database, and it stores nothing about you itself.

The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything to this website. It opens WhatsApp with your answers written into a message that you can edit, send or discard. Nothing is recorded unless you send it.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies (names beginning _ga) and tells Google your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you opened. It is used only to understand how the site is used — it never identifies you by name, and it is not used for advertising. There are no advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.

You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on. The site works either way.

What you send on WhatsApp

Messages and photos you send go through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms, and reach Dr Sanjog's phone. He reads them personally and treats them as confidential medical information. Please send only what is needed for your question — and nothing you would not want stored on a phone.

The online tools

The online photo consultation (consult.drsanjog.com) and the gynecomastia photo assessment (gynecomastia.drsanjog.com) are separate applications. What you submit there is stored so that Dr Sanjog can review it and reply, and is treated as confidential medical information rather than marketing material.

Who else sees your information

Your information is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing. It is seen by Dr Sanjog and, where your care requires it, the clinic or hospital team treating you. The services that make the site work — the web host, Google Analytics and WhatsApp — process the limited data described above.

How long it is kept

Clinical records, including photographs sent for an opinion, are kept for as long as the rules for medical practice in India and the United Arab Emirates require. Analytics data is retained by Google under their standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to contact@drsanjog.com. Where records must be kept for medical or legal reasons, that is explained to you. Indian patients' data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and UAE patients' under the UAE data protection and health data laws.

Children

This site is written for adults. Enquiries about a child should come from a parent or guardian.

Medical information on this website

The pages here are general information, not medical advice, and they do not replace a consultation. Every procedure carries risk, results vary between individuals, and suitability is confirmed only after an in-person assessment. Photographs on this site are of the surgeon, clinics and illustrative settings — not patient results.
