- No surgical plan or prescription can be finalized based solely on this remote assessment
- This Service does **not** constitute the start of a doctor-patient treatment relationship
#### 3.2 NOT a Guarantee of Outcomes

By using this Service, you represent that:

### 5. PAYMENT TERMS & PRICING
#### 5.1 Assessment Fee

- **Currency:** INR; if paying from outside India, Razorpay will apply currency conversion and applicable fees
- **Payment Method:** Credit card, debit card, UPI, or other methods offered by Razorpay
#### 5.2 Payment Processing
- Payment is processed via **Razorpay**, a third-party payment gateway
- Your payment information is secured by Razorpay; we do **not** store or access your card details
- A transaction receipt will be issued by Razorpay and forwarded to your registered email
- **No payment receipt = no assessment conducted**; refund will be issued automatically
#### 5.3 What ₹100 Covers
- One (1) gynecomastia assessment by Dr. Sanjog Sharma
- A personalized written assessment report
- Delivery of the report via WhatsApp
- Clarification or follow-up questions via WhatsApp (within **7 days** of report delivery)
#### 5.4 Non-Refundable Elements
Once your assessment is complete and the report is delivered, the fee is **non-refundable** unless a refund condition (Section 6) applies.

### 6. REFUND POLICY
#### 6.1 Refund Conditions
Your ₹100 assessment fee is refundable **only** if:

- You disagree with Dr. Sanjog Sharma's preliminary assessment (assessment is his professional opinion; disagreement is not grounds for refund)
- You cannot access the Service due to technical issues on your end (e.g., network failure, browser incompatibility)
- You delete your account or request data deletion (assessment has been completed and delivered)
#### 6.3 Refund Process

- **Condition:** Your payment is successful, but Dr. Sanjog Sharma has **not completed and delivered** your assessment report within **48 hours** of your payment
- **Refund:** **100% (₹100)**
- **Exception:** If you request deletion of your photo during this period, you forfeit the assessment and are eligible for a 100% refund
#### 2.2 Service Unavailable Due to System Error
- **Condition:** The Service is **unavailable or non-functional** for more than **24 consecutive hours** due to our technical failure, preventing you from completing your assessment
- **Refund:** **100% (₹100)**
- **Note:** We will notify you of the downtime and offer the refund or a rescheduled assessment at no additional cost
#### 2.3 Cancellation Before Photo Upload
- **Condition:** You cancel your assessment request **before uploading a photograph** and **before making payment**
- **Refund:** **100% (₹100)**
- **Note:** No assessment work has been conducted; payment is immediately reversed
#### 2.4 Cancellation After Photo Upload but Before Assessment Completion
- **Condition:** You submit a photograph and payment, but request cancellation **before Dr. Sanjog Sharma has completed his review** (within **24 hours** of submission)
- **Refund:** **50% (₹50)**
- **Reason:** Dr. Sanjog Sharma has invested time in initial review; partial refund covers operational costs
- **Note:** Your photograph will be deleted per your request and our Privacy Policy

### 3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Your **₹100 assessment fee is non-refundable** in the following cases:
#### 3.1 Assessment Completed and Report Delivered
- **Condition:** Dr. Sanjog Sharma has completed his review and delivered your assessment report via WhatsApp (or your preferred contact method)
- **Reason:** The service has been fully rendered; the assessment is Dr. Sanjog Sharma's professional opinion and is his intellectual property
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
#### 3.2 Disagreement with Assessment Opinion
- **Condition:** You receive your assessment report but disagree with Dr. Sanjog Sharma's preliminary findings or recommendations
- **Reason:** The assessment is Dr. Sanjog Sharma's professional clinical opinion. Disagreement is not grounds for refund. If you wish a second opinion, consult another surgeon
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
- **Note:** You may request a **clarification call** via WhatsApp within **7 days** of receiving the report at no additional cost
#### 3.3 Change of Mind After Report Delivery
- **Condition:** You request a refund because you've changed your mind or no longer want the assessment
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
- **Reason:** Service has been delivered in full
#### 3.4 Technical Issues on Your End
- **Condition:** You cannot access the Service due to issues with your internet connection, device, browser, or mobile phone
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
- **Reason:** These are beyond our control. We recommend using a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on a device with a stable internet connection
#### 3.5 Delayed Access Due to Payment Processing
- **Condition:** Razorpay or your bank delays processing your payment, and the Service is eventually completed
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
- **Reason:** Once the assessment is completed, the service has been rendered. Delays in payment processing are the responsibility of your bank or Razorpay, not us
#### 3.6 Account Deletion or Data Deletion Post-Assessment
- **Condition:** You request deletion of your account or photos after your assessment report has been delivered
- **Refund:** **None (₹0)** — Non-refundable
- **Reason:** The assessment has been completed and delivered. Deletion is a separate privacy right (see Privacy Policy) and does not affect the refund status
#### 3.7 Re-Assessment Request
- **Condition:** You request a re-assessment of the same case (e.g., you want Dr. Sanjog Sharma to re-review your original photos or provide additional recommendations)
- **Refund for Original Assessment:** **50% (₹50)** — Original fee is partially refunded as a courtesy
- **New Assessment Fee:** **₹100** — You pay a full fee for the new/additional assessment
- **Reason:** The original assessment stands as Dr. Sanjog Sharma's opinion. A re-assessment is a new service requiring fresh review time
- **Exception:** If an error is identified in the original report (e.g., wrong grade assigned), Dr. Sanjog Sharma may provide a corrected report at no additional charge within **7 days**

### 4. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
#### 4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Transaction ID (from your Razorpay receipt)
- Reason for refund (indicate which scenario from Section 2 or 3 applies)
- Any supporting details (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

- Requests submitted after 7 days may be declined or require additional verification
#### 4.2 Review & Approval
- **Our Review:** We will review your request and verify eligibility within **5 business days**
- **Decision:** We will email you with an approval or denial decision
- **If Approved:** Processing begins immediately
#### 4.3 Refund Processing
- **Method:** Refunds are processed back to your **original payment method** (the card, UPI, or wallet you used to pay)

- **Bank Delays:** If your bank takes additional time to credit the refund, that is beyond our control; contact your bank for updates

- **Refund:** We will refund the duplicate payment in full (100%) within **3 business days** of discovery
- **What You Do:** Notify us immediately via email with both transaction IDs
#### 5.3 Payment Disputes (Chargeback)
- **If You File a Chargeback:** We reserve the right to:
- Permanently suspend your access to the Service
- Report the dispute to Razorpay and your bank
- Pursue recovery of any associated costs or damages
- **Best Practice:** Contact us first to resolve the dispute before filing a chargeback with your bank

### 6. NON-REFUNDABLE TRANSACTION FEES
**Important:** If your refund is approved, the following fees are **non-refundable**:

- **Currency Conversion Fees:** If paying from outside India, any currency conversion or forex charges levied by your bank are **not refunded** by us (they are your bank's responsibility)

**Example:** You paid ₹100 + ₹2 Razorpay fee = ₹102 from your card. If approved for a 100% refund, you receive ₹100. The ₹2 Razorpay fee is retained to cover payment processing costs.
